1. Ellie started dance class on Tuesday! She loves her new tap shoes and wants to wear them all the time.
2. Ellie also started soccer this week. She is on a team with two of the neighbor kids, so she is very excited about that. It was a little hot at practice, but the kids seem to have fun.
3. Last Sunday we took a family bike ride with the new Wee Hoo. Neve was not so sure of it in the beginning, but liked it by the end.
4. My sister and her kids came over to play and have dinner on Saturday night. Always fun to see all the kids playing together! Neve's favorite part of the day was "playing with Liam and Alida."
5. In years past I don't remember it raining so much during August. Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining. Well, maybe when it is thundering in the middle of the night and we have a 4-year old crying because she is scared. The 2-year old sleeps right through it. I do like our water bill this summer--- we have not had to water the grass much as all!
