5 on Friday

1. Ellie and I didn’t get to go visit Grandpa and Grandma as planned on Saturday. We were still recovering from being sick.

2. Instead we made her Valentine’s for her friends. More on that in a later post. She was super cute!

3. Ellie is on 100% whole milk. She had her last sippy cup of breastmilk this week. I was a little sad to have it end (what a cost savings), but making it 11.5 months nursing and an additional 5+ months on stored up breastmilk was beyond any goal I had set.

4. Ellie learned how to take her shoes off and does so whatever chance she gets. This includes in negative degree weather on the way to day-care or home from day-care. Off with the mittens, shoes and socks!

5. Ellie went to bed at 6:20PM last Saturday night and slept until after 7AM the next morning. Then Sunday she was ready for bed around 6:15PM (and slept until 7AM). She must have been resting up for a busy week at day-care.
