We are excited to say that an offer has been made on the vacation home (aka Kara’s townhouse) and we accepted! Pending a few other details, we are set to close on July 25th, yes- 2 weeks and a day after the offer! Nick and Kara are extremely happy to be down to owning just one home, but will be a little sad to sell the immaculate house that got Nick in the door.
While Nick was off prairie dog hunting with the boys, Kara continued to work on the Norwalk house in preparations for the new flooring. We will post before and after pictures once it is complete. The list of things to do is slowly decreasing and the end is near.
Our goal is to have the place completely done by early-mid August (hoping to have almost a month of summer enjoyment.) Until then, the place continues to be cramped and the vacation home furniture will be held in a storage shed for a while.
